As soon as your parcel is on its way, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation by email – with a tracking number if the carrier provides one. You can also see your orders in your customer account.

If your parcel hasn’t arrived after the delivery time, email us at service@glossdoc.de with your order number – we’ll take care of it.

Within Germany, standard shipping costs €4.99 per order and express shipping €8.99. For orders of €49 or more, shipping within Germany is free.

Shipping to EU countries costs a flat €13.99 per order.

Germany: standard shipping approx. 2–4 working days, express shipping approx. 1–2 working days. EU countries: approx. 2–8 working days.

The delivery period starts on the day after the contract is concluded. In exceptional cases, it may take longer during busy periods or around public holidays.

Yes. In addition to the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, you can return goods to us within 30 days of receiving them.

Please let us know about your return in advance by emailing service@glossdoc.de with your order number and the item. We cover the return shipping costs – we’ll send you a returns label.

Payment is processed securely and encrypted via Shopify Payments – with PayPal, credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna, among others. You can see which payment methods are available for your country and order value at checkout. We do not store your payment details.
