Refundvia the original payment method

After your withdrawal, we refund the payments via the payment method originally used. How much time you have to return the goods and who bears the costs is set out in the cancellation policy. Our extended 30-day return policy applies in addition. Our service team will answer questions about withdrawal by phone or email – the contact details are on the contact page.

What’s the deadline?

If the deadline falls on a weekend or public holiday, it moves to the next working day. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your withdrawal before it expires.

Prefer email or post?

You can also withdraw informally – a clear statement is enough.
