Washing your car without scratches
Most paint scratches happen during washing: when sand and road dirt are rubbed over the paint with a sponge, they act like sandpaper. That is why a pre-wash comes before the hand wash.
GLOSSDOC Snow Foam is foamed on, loosens coarse dirt and is rinsed off together with it. Blue Ocean Car Shampoo then gently removes the remaining film – ideally with the two-bucket method and a soft wash mitt.
Afterwards: dry properly
Water that dries on the paint leaves limescale spots. A large, absorbent drying towel soaks up the water without pressure. Step by step in the guide Car Wash Guide.
Shampoo or Snow Foam?
SNOW FOAM is the pre-wash: it loosens insect residue, dust and dirt before a sponge ever touches the paint. BLUE OCEAN is the shampoo for the hand wash that follows – with rich foam that is gentle on the paint and leaves a fresh shine. For a thorough wash, use both one after the other.
