Right of return

In addition to the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, we offer you an extended 30-day right of return.

This means you can send your order back to us within 30 days of receiving the goods.

Registering a return

Once we have reviewed your request, we will send you all further information about the return.

Return costs & return label

We cover the cost of the return.

Once your return has been successfully registered, we will provide you with a return label.

Please use only the return label provided by us.

Conditions for returns

• Return within 30 days of receiving the goods

• Returns must be registered in advance

• Goods should be returned as complete as possible and in suitable packaging

Refund

Once your return has been received and checked, the corresponding amount will be refunded via the payment method originally used.

Depending on the payment provider, processing may take a few working days.
