In addition to the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, you can send orders back up to 30 days after receipt. Register the return by email beforehand with your order number and the items – we provide the return label and cover the return shipping costs.
Once the return has arrived and been checked, we refund the amount via the payment method you used. Depending on the payment provider, this takes a few working days.

Right of return
In addition to the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, we offer you an extended 30-day right of return.
This means you can send your order back to us within 30 days of receiving the goods.
Registering a return
To initiate a return, please contact us by e-mail in advance:

Once we have reviewed your request, we will send you all further information about the return.
Return costs & return label
We cover the cost of the return.
Once your return has been successfully registered, we will provide you with a return label.
Please use only the return label provided by us.
Conditions for returns

Refund
