Payment methods
Our online shop offers you secure payment methods processed via Shopify Payments. Depending on the country of delivery and the order value, different payment methods may be available. The payment options specifically offered to you are shown during the checkout process.
Payments are processed via an encrypted connection. We do not store your payment details.
Delivery area
As standard, goods can be shipped to the following countries:
Germany
EU countries
Shipping costs
Shipping within Germany
Standard shipping: €4.99 per order
Express shipping: €8.99 per order
We deliver free of shipping costs within Germany for orders with a gross value of €49.00 or more.
Shipping to EU countries
Shipping to EU countries costs a flat rate of €13.99 per order.
Delivery times
Unless a different period is stated in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered within the delivery times listed below.
For payment methods offered via Shopify Payments, the delivery period begins on the day after the contract is concluded. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday officially recognised at the place of delivery, the period ends on the next working day instead.

Standard shipping: approx. 2–4 working days
Express shipping: approx. 1–2 working days
EU countries
approx. 2–8 working days

Please note that in exceptional cases, for example during periods of high order volume or on public holidays, delivery may be delayed.
