What the film is about
GLOSSDOC AQUA SHIELD brings the lotus effect to paint, glass, wheels and plastics – that is the message of the film. The spray sealant settles on the surface like an invisible protective film and lets water and dirt bead off. The droplets take dirt particles with them, so the surface stays clean for longer and is easier to wash. On top of that comes an instantly visible gloss.
Aqua Shield complements existing protective layers: you can apply it over ceramic, nano or wax sealants to refresh and boost them. With normal use the water-repellent effect lasts several weeks to months, depending on use, weather and care. Application is straightforward and needs no special equipment.
Step by step
- Wash the vehicle thoroughly and, ideally, degrease it.
- Dry the surface completely, as the sealant spreads best on dry paint.
- Work in the shade, not in direct sunlight.
- Spray on Aqua Shield and spread it evenly.
- Buff with a clean microfibre cloth.
Tip: After cleaning your wheels, Aqua Shield protects them too, so new brake dust sticks less easily.
